IntellaTriage is seeking a compassionate registered nurse (RN) to provide after-hours hospice triage by phone, delivering timely interventions and coordination of care with empathy.

This remote role offers base pay of $25 per hour, opportunities to reach $28 per hour within six months, remote training, shift differentials for overnights and weekends, PTO, and a 401(k) plan. Join a supportive team and help patients in critical moments from a home-based workspace.

Formación

• Active multistate RN license
• Hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care experience preferred
• Comfortable with electronic medical records (EMR) for documenting calls
• Typing documentation and notes quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills

• Provide telephone triage for hospice patients and families
• Assess patient conditions and determine next steps
