Job summary

IntellaTriage is seeking a compassionate registered nurse (RN) to join our remote after-hours hospice triage team. You will triage patients and families over the phone, coordinating care with on-call teams and documenting interventions with empathy.

The role requires an active multistate RN license and comfort with EMR systems. We offer remote training, a supportive clinical team, and opportunities to increase hourly pay up to $28 within the first six months.

Qualifications

• Active multistate RN license required.
• Hospice, palliative or end‑of‑life care experience preferred.
• Comfort with technology and EMR documentation.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced after-hours triage setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage for hospice patients and families.
• Assess patient conditions and determine next steps.
• Collaborate with on-call teams to coordinate care and resources.
• Document all communications and interventions accurately.
• Maintain professionalism and calm during urgent calls.
