IntellaTriage is seeking a compassionate registered nurse (RN) to join our remote hospice triage team. You will provide after-hours triage by phone, assess patient needs, and coordinate care with on-call teams to ensure timely interventions.

The role requires an active multistate RN license and comfort with EMR documentation. Remote work offers flexible scheduling and the ability to work from home with reliable internet.

Qualifications

• Active multistate RN license required.

Responsibilities
