Job summary

IntellaTriage is seeking a compassionate registered nurse (RN) to join our remote after-hours hospice triage team. You will provide critical triage by phone, coordinate timely interventions, and support families and patients in hospice care.

This role offers a base pay of $25 per hour with potential to earn up to $28 per hour within six months, plus a $2 shift differential for overnights and weekends, and 3 weeks of paid remote training.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with multistate credentials.
• Hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care preferred.
• Experience with EMR documentation.
• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage for hospice patients and families.
• Assess patient conditions and determine next steps.
• Collaborate with on-call teams to coordinate care.
• Document all communications and interventions accurately.
• Maintain professional demeanor during urgent calls.
