Job summary

IntellaTriage is seeking a compassionate registered nurse (RN) to provide after-hours hospice triage via phone from a remote home office. You will assess patient and family needs, document interventions, and coordinate with on-call teams to ensure timely care.

This remote role offers paid training, a base pay of $25/hour with potential to reach $28/hour within six months, plus shift differentials for overnights and weekends, and benefits including PTO and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Active multistate RN license
• Hospice/palliative care experience preferred
• Comfortable with EMR documentation
• Able to type notes quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Able to work independently in a remote setting
• Reliable internet connection and attendance for all shifts
• Remote position requiring consistent presence and communication
