Job summary

IntellaTriage is seeking a compassionate registered nurse to join our remote after-hours triage team for hospice care. You will triage patient and family needs over the phone with empathy, coordinating timely interventions and care delivery.

This role is remote, with flexible shifts and opportunities to increase the hourly rate within six months. The position requires an active multistate RN license and comfort with EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Active multistate RN license required.
• Hospice/ palliative care experience preferred.
• Comfort with technology and EMR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage for hospice patients and families.
• Assess patient conditions and determine next steps.
• Coordinate with on-call teams to manage care and resources.
• Document all communications and interventions accurately.
• Maintain calm, professional demeanor during urgent calls.
