IntellaTriage is seeking a compassionate registered nurse (RN) to perform after-hours remote triage for hospice patients and families. You will coordinate care, assess needs, and document interactions using EMR systems while working from home.

The role emphasizes empathy, interruptions, and timely coordination, with remote training and opportunities to advance. A national RN license and comfort with technology are essential.

Qualifications

• Active multistate RN license is required.
• Hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care experience is preferred.
• Comfortable with technology and documenting calls in EMR.

Responsabilités

• Provide telephone triage for hospice patients and families.
