IntellaTriage is seeking a compassionate registered nurse (RN) to provide after-hours hospice triage by phone. You will assess patients, coordinate care with on-call teams, and document interventions in a remote setting from your home.

Preferred candidates hold an active RN license with hospice care experience, strong communication, and comfort using EMR systems. Remote work offers flexible shifts with opportunities to increase hourly pay within 6 months.

Qualifikationen

• Active multistate RN license is required.
• Hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care experience preferred.
• Comfortable with EMR and documenting calls in real time.
