Job summary

Alternate Solutions Health Network is seeking a Supervisor, Hospice Room and Board to lead Medicaid R&B eligibility verification, rate management, and facility invoice validation across operating states. You will supervise Hospice Ancillary Specialists and ensure compliant, timely payment to contracted facilities.

Key focus areas include regulatory compliance, financial accuracy, and optimization of processes in collaboration with Revenue Cycle, Finance, Operations, and Compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in hospice operations, Medicaid billing, or related revenue cycle work.
• Strong understanding of Medicaid R&B requirements, facility billing, and GIP workflows.
• Supervisory or team lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Hospice Ancillary Specialists; manage Medicaid R&B eligibility verification and invoicing workflows.
• Oversee workload distribution, productivity, accuracy, and timely completion of R&B processes.
• Coach and evaluate staff; manage PTO coverage and timecards.
