Job summary

Alternate Solutions Health Network, LLC is seeking a Supervisor, Hospice Room and Board to lead Medicaid R&B eligibility, rate management, and facility invoice processing. You will supervise Hospice Ancillary Specialists, ensure accurate application of state Medicaid rules, and collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Finance, Operations, and Compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in hospice operations, Medicaid billing, eligibility management, or related revenue cycle work.
• Strong understanding of Medicaid R&B requirements, facility billing, and GIP workflows.
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to navigate payer portals and billing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Hospice Ancillary Specialists and manage Medicaid room and board workflows.
• Oversee workflow productivity, accuracy, and timely completion; ensure PTO coverage.
• Lead hiring, coaching, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain payer information, Medicaid rules, rates, and rate methodologies across states.
• Oversee invoice review, validation, and payment; ensure month-end reconciliation with Finance.
