Job summary

Graham Healthcare Group is hiring a Hospice Administrative Assistant to join our team. The role partners with field staff and leaders to provide optimal support to our patients. This position can be fully remote.

Responsibilities include scheduling clinical visits, coordinating with supervisors, and managing communications and documentation. Requires at least a high school diploma or GED and scheduling experience; college degree preferred. Benefits and competitive pay offered.

Qualifications

  • College degree preferred; High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1 year of scheduling experience or related work preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Assign daily workload to clinical field staff.
  • Schedule visits based on proximity and staff availability.
  • Coordinate patient assignments with clinical supervisors.
  • Maintain mail process within Hospice department.
  • Order and coordinate removal of DME and track related information.
  • Assist with HCHB scheduling for visiting staff.
  • Prepare information for IDT meetings and monitor completion.
  • Communicate information to hospice management and clinical providers.
  • Utilize MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint for scheduling and reporting.
