Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Consulting Manager – Horizon Business Analyst to translate banking requirements into clear functional systems on the FIS Horizon Core Banking platform. You will lead BA activities, run workshops, and collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to drive core banking transformations.

With 7+ years in banking BA and Horizon platform expertise, you will mentor analysts and ensure high‑quality deliverables across programs

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in business analysis within banking or financial services.
• Hands-on experience with the FIS Horizon Core Banking platform.
• Strong BA experience: elicitation, documentation, process analysis, gap analysis.
• Deep knowledge of retail and commercial banking processes and core banking operations.
• Excellent client-facing, facilitation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead BA activities for core banking transformation, modernization, enhancement, and implementation on the FIS Horizon Core Banking platform.
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and user stories.
• Analyze current-state processes, define future-state processes, and perform gap analysis.
• Serve as the functional liaison between client business teams and technical delivery teams.
• Mentor Business Analysts and ensure consistency and quality across deliverables.
