Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in banking or financial services.
• Hands-on experience with the FIS Horizon Core Banking platform.
• Strong BA experience: elicitation, documentation, process analysis, gap analysis.
• Deep knowledge of retail and commercial banking processes.
• Excellent client-facing, facilitation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead BA activities for core banking transformation and Horizon platform.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and translate needs into functional specs.
• Analyze current and future-state banking processes and gap analysis.
• Serve as liaison between client business teams and technical delivery teams.
• Mentor Business Analysts and ensure quality across deliverables.
