Job summary

Cognizant Consulting is seeking a Consulting Manager – Horizon Business Analyst to translate banking needs into clear requirements and support core banking transformation on the FIS Horizon platform. You will work with banking clients, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to drive successful implementations.

You will lead requirements workshops, perform gap analyses, and serve as a functional liaison across the project lifecycle, applying retail and commercial banking knowledge to ensure

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in Banking or financial services.
• Hands-on experience with the FIS Horizon Core Banking platform.
• Strong BA skills: elicitation, documentation, process analysis, gap analysis, and defining functional requirements.
• Strong knowledge of retail and commercial banking processes and core banking operations.
• Excellent client-facing, facilitation, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Business Analysis activities for core banking transformations on the FIS Horizon platform.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions; translate needs into functional specs.
• Analyze current and future state banking processes and perform gap analyses.
• Serve as the liaison between client business teams and technical delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply banking domain knowledge to guide project teams and ensure high-quality deliverables.
