Advanced Infusion Care, a division of AIS Healthcare, is seeking an Intake Manager to lead our Intake Team and oversee insurance verification and prior authorization across infusion services. This remote leadership role requires Home Infusion experience and a strong background in IG and Specialty therapies.

• Experience leading verification and prior authorization teams in healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of IG and specialty therapies.
• Able to manage process changes and drive efficiency.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the intake team and insurance verification/authorization operations.
• Guide teams through process transitions with clear communication.
• Set performance goals and conduct regular reviews.
• Collaborate with billing and clinical teams to resolve denials and maximize reimbursement.
• Ensure compliance with payer requirements and HIPAA regulations.
