This role requires an active Missouri RN license, OASIS certification (COS-C or equivalent), and recent home health experience; you’ll influence clinical quality and outcomes from a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Missouri RN license required.
• OASIS Certification COS-C or equivalent required.
• Recent home health RN experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OASIS and home health regulations.
• Detail-oriented with solid clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate OASIS (SOC, ROC, Recert, Discharge) with a clinical lens.
• Ensure documentation and coding align with patient condition.
• Identify gaps affecting reimbursement, outcomes, and compliance.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to clinicians and leadership.
• Promote consistency across documentation and interdisciplinary care.
