Job summary

Haven Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Quality Assurance RN with OASIS expertise for a fully remote role focused on accuracy and compliance. You’ll work with clinicians and leadership to ensure the story the documentation tells is complete and compliant, influencing outcomes and reimbursement.

This position requires Missouri RN licensure and OASIS certification, with recent home health experience. You will operate independently from a remote setting, ensuring high standards across the agency.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri RN license required.
• OASIS Certification COS-C or equivalent required.
• Recent home health RN experience.
• Strong knowledge of OASIS, documentation, and home health regulations.
• Detail-oriented with confident clinical judgment.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate OASIS (SOC, ROC, Recert, Discharge) with a strong clinical lens.
• Ensure documentation, coding, and OASIS align and accurately reflect the patient’s condition.
• Identify gaps that impact reimbursement, outcomes, and compliance.
• Partner with clinicians to provide clear, constructive feedback and support.
• Promote consistency across documentation and interdisciplinary care.
