Job summary

Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives to help clients organize their homes. The role offers a hybrid remote setup with pre-set appointments close to home, plus comprehensive sales and design training. No prior experience is necessary, and there is mentorship and growth opportunities within the company.

You will educate customers about our products and services, and work from your local area with support from a dedicated Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• We are looking for coachable candidates.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 16-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
