Reed in Partnership is seeking a Holistic Assessor to conduct remote assessments referred from the DWP. Each hour-long assessment builds rapid trust and identifies complex needs to inform suitable adjustments and support strategies.

You will draft precise reports, liaise with suppliers for quotations, and ensure working solutions are practical and compliant with DWP requirements. This role emphasizes sensitivity and thoroughness.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year experience in relevant equivalent role assessing complex individual needs.
• Degree level in health discipline (psychology, OT, physio) preferred.
• Willing to undergo enhanced DBS check.
• Ability to travel with own vehicle (potentially not applicable for London)

Responsabilidades

• Initial checks and fact-finding about the client’s difficulties at work.
• Checks and fact-finding about the client’s role and working environment.
• Review of any existing adjustments and prepare a comprehensive written report with recommendations.
