Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking 12 Senior Hogan IDS Developers for a Dell-led, long-term contract in a 100% remote, US-based engagement. You will apply Hogan IDS in an IBM mainframe environment, using COBOL, JCL, and DB2, collaborating with Dell PMs and technical stakeholders.

The role is remote nationwide with preferred on-site locations like Charlotte, NC, and others; initial contract 6-12 months with strong extension potential, and a focus on delivering complex mainframe modernization efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of IBM Mainframe experience required.
• Demonstrated Experience With Hogan IDS Is Mandatory.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience working as a remote consultant within enterprise delivery teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with project managers, developers, business stakeholders, and technical leads.
• Banking, deposits, or financial services experience may be beneficial but is not currently a documented requirement.
• Experience with production support, conversion efforts, Hogan module expertise, or advanced mainframe technologies should be captured but not required unless confirmed by Dell.
• Must be available to support a full-time remote contract engagement.
• Must be authorized to work in accordance with customer and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform Hogan IDS development work in COBOL/JCL/DB2 within an IBM mainframe environment.
• Communicate status and project dependencies to Dell project managers and technical stakeholders.
• Resolve technical issues following established customer development, testing, security and documentation processes.
• Collaborate with Dell and TEKsystems teams to ensure timely delivery on a long-term contract.
• Support a fast-paced, remote-first delivery model across multiple US regions.
