Job summary

You will translate business needs into Hogan configurations, collaborate with architects, and drive testing and deployment activities. Strong Hogan, SQL, and mainframe skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of general analytics or operational experience in banking.
• Deep Hogan platform knowledge including modules such as IDS/CIS/RPM.
• Experience with Hogan upgrades, conversions, or cloud transformations.
• Proficient in SQL, data analysis, and system integrations.
• Familiar with SDLC methodologies and mainframe environments (COBOL/JCL).

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for Hogan solutions.
• Translate business needs into detailed system specs, flow diagrams, and data mappings.
• Lead workshops, interviews, and gap analyses to refine requirements.
• Configure Hogan systems, coordinate with developers and vendors for solutions.
• Create design docs and ensure alignment between business needs and Hogan capabilities.
• Develop test strategies, cases, SIT/UAT, and manage defects.
• Support production deployments and post-implementation reviews.
• Engage stakeholders and mentor junior analysts on Hogan projects.
