RIA Recruiting is seeking a Part Time Hiring Associate to support our recruiting operations. You will review resumes, schedule and conduct zoom interviews, and track candidates through our hiring process.

This independent contractor role (1099) offers flexible hours, work-from-home, and the opportunity to coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, with typical weekly hours around 15-20.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to schedule, conduct and evaluate interviews.
• Familiarity with financial advisory environments preferred.
• Detail-oriented and organized in handling candidate data.

Responsibilities

• Review resumes of applicants and decide on interview suitability.
• Conduct 15 to 30 minute Zoom interviews with candidates.
• Determine progression or elimination after interviews.
• Update ATS daily to keep information current.
