Job summary

RIA Recruiting is hiring a Part Time Hiring Associate to work with our recruiting firm. We support Financial Advisory firms with under 25 employees, acting as an outsourced hiring manager to fill positions. You will review resumes, schedule and conduct Zoom interviews, and track candidates through our hiring process.

The Compensation is $30-$40 per hour (1099, independent contractor). Hours are flexible and you can work from home, with preferred interview windows noon-9pm EST to accommodate

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services preferred; client services background is a plus.
• HR background helpful but not required.
• Ability to advance or eliminate candidates after interviews.
• Strong communication, objectivity, and interview critique.

Responsibilities

• Review resumes and decide if candidates should be interviewed.
• Conduct 15–30 minute Zoom interviews.
• Determine progression or elimination after interviews.
• Update ATS daily to keep data current.
