You will own academic programs, lead enrollment initiatives, and collaborate on budgets and governance. Proficiency with tools like Banner, Workday Student, Canvas, and Blackboard is required, as is experience with rubric development and faculty training content.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in faculty, academic administration, or senior operational roles in higher education.
• Direct ownership of academic programs, enrollment initiatives, or strategic priorities.
• Fluency in higher education tools and frameworks, with understanding of budgets, accreditation, and governance.
• Experience in rubric, curriculum design, or faculty-training content authorship is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Construct higher education scenarios for curriculum and program design, faculty senate reviews, and institutional planning cycles.
• Build education tasks in program development, student affairs, research administration, and institutional advancement.
• Develop scenarios using Banner, Workday Student, Canvas, Blackboard, and research systems like Cayuse and InfoEd.
• Apply higher education frameworks and produce academic plans, accreditation documents, and board-level communications.
• Author rubrics to distinguish authentic higher education judgment from generic recall.
