Job summary

Cielo is seeking a High Volume Senior Recruiter for a Limited Term Employee role. This fully remote position requires proven experience in high-volume recruitment and the ability to act as a brand ambassador for clients.

You will lead intake meetings with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, mentor recruiters, and keep candidates engaged with timely updates, while applying market data and compensation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, HR, or related field (or equivalent).
• Significant recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings.
• Familiarity with ATS and social media tools.
• Knowledge of HR principles and metrics related to talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to specify roles and market data.
• Collaborate to develop recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidates against requirements and build strong pipelines.
• Keep candidates engaged with timely updates throughout process.
• Partner with leaders to determine offer details using market data.
• Mentor Recruiters and other team members.
