Zusammenfassung

SOLV Energy, Inc. seeks a Detailer for high-voltage substations to perform quantity takeoffs, material analysis, and constructability reviews. You will support preconstruction, estimating, procurement, engineering, and operations with accurate quantities and labor assumptions.

The role is fully remote with discussions on location during interviews. Ideal candidates have 3–7 years in electrical/utility projects and strong proficiency in estimation tools and CAD software.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Drafting, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 3–7 years in electrical construction or high-voltage substations is preferred.
• Experience with EPC/utility projects and quantity takeoff is required.

Aufgaben

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from drawings, specs, and bid documents.
• Develop BOMs and material quantity reports for substation projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations for constructability and cost impact insights.
• Create procurement-ready material lists and support project turnover.
