ELVTR is seeking driven Sales Closers to engage warm, pre-qualified leads and guide them to the right programs. You will close high-ticket enrollments using consultative selling, while maintaining CRM records and meeting sales targets.

This remote-first role offers substantial earning potential through commissions and a collaborative, international team. A strong command of English and relationship-building skills are essential, with a degree being a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven success in high-ticket or consultative sales.
• Excellent English written and spoken communication.
• Strong relationship-building and objection-handling abilities.
• Familiarity with modern sales tools and CRM platforms.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required for exceptional candidates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales consultations with warm, pre-qualified leads.
• Help prospective students identify the best educational path for their goals.
• Close high-ticket program enrollments through consultative selling.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Admissions, and Student Success teams.
• Share customer insights to improve programs and sales processes.
