Closer — Meta Ads Sales (Performance Marketing Agency)

This is not a “read from a script and smile” sales role.

We’re a performance-driven marketing agency that sells strictly Meta ad services. Our offers convert because they work. We need a closer who can handle pressure, lead the conversation, and close without theatrics.

Pay:

10% commission on total ticket. Two main packages: $12k or $15k. Uncapped — you close, you get paid.

Required: Sales/closing background (any industry)

Bonus: Marketing agency experience (SMMA, lead gen, performance offers)

You’re a fit if you:

• Want back-to-back calls, not busy work
• Handle objections with logic, not scripts or “energy”
• Are blunt and honest — no sugarcoating, no overpromising
• Can challenge a prospect respectfully when they’re lying to themselves
• Know not every prospect should close, and you’re fine walking away
