Qualifications

• Experience in online teaching and/or blended learning environments.
• Ability to work with different age groups and adults/parents.
• Experience with online learning platforms and data-driven instruction.
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyze student data to drive decisions.
• Willingness to receive coaching from administrators and trainers.
• Ability to adapt to changing teaching platforms and policies.
• Fluency in K12 curricula and certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide rich synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences for students.
• Personalize learning to meet each student’s needs.
• Maintain positive rapport with families and learning coaches.
• Differentiate instruction based on mastery levels.
• Monitor student progress and grade books; inform administrators of concerns.
• Prepare students for high-stakes standardized tests.
• Travel for PDs and testing approximately 20% of the time.
• Work from home with occasional in-person events and compliance with policy.
