Qualifications

• Must reside within Arkansas or within 300 miles of Bentonville.
• Arkansas Administrative credential required.
• Minimum of 5 years administrative or management experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Overnight travel for state testing and meetings as scheduled.
• Experience leveraging technology in instructional delivery and school management.
• Leadership qualities with goal-directed accountability.
• Advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teachers and coordinators to support home-based student instruction.
• Ensure academic success through high levels of communication with parents and students.
• Implement and monitor school improvement plans and annual goals.
• Oversee state testing coordination and student participation.
