Job summary

Indiana Connections Academy (INCA) is a tuition-free, virtual public charter school for students in grades K-12 throughout Indiana. Working from your home office in Indiana, certified High School Math Teachers will remotely manage instructional programs and regularly consult with learning coaches and students to ensure that each child successfully completes their instructional program.

You will grade assignments, provide synchronous/asynchronous instruction, review curriculum, and communicate

Qualifications

• Must be certified to teach High School Math in Indiana.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficient with Microsoft OS, MS Office, and Google Suite.
• Available for occasional evening hours and travel for events.

Responsibilities

• Grade assignments, generate progress reports, and conduct parent conferences.
• Provide asynchronous and synchronous online instruction.
• Review curriculum and adapt lessons for student understanding.
• Communicate with parents, students, and teachers to update learning plans.
• Collaborate with teachers to ensure progress and central contact for families.
• Maintain accurate student records and attendance data.
• Support State Testing administration as directed.
• Travel occasionally for marketing and state testing events.
