Job summary

Indiana Connections Academy seeks certified Elementary teachers to work remotely from a home office in Indiana. You will support instructional programs, consult with learning coaches and students to ensure successful completion of the program.

Responsibilities include grading, progress reporting, parent conferences, and collaboration with curriculum specialists to tailor learning plans and provide enrichment activities for diverse learners.

Qualifications

• Must be a highly qualified and certified teacher to teach Elementary grades in Indiana.
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
• Strong technology skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and customer-focused with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support instructional program with asynchronous web conferencing and synchronous instruction.
• Complete grading, generate progress reports, and conduct parent conferences timely.
• Communicate with parents, students, and teachers to develop Personal Learning Plans and schedules.
• Maintain student records, attendance, and data; coordinate with curriculum specialists for enrichment.
• Collaborate with team and participate in testing, recruiting, and other outreach activities.
