Job summary

Lilly is seeking an HEOR Strategy Leader to provide strategic leadership across health outcomes research (HO) and real-world evidence (RWE) for the Cardiometabolic health portfolio. You will lead, develop, and scale HO strategies, guiding PFO, RWE, and economic value initiatives while mentoring a team of HEOR scientists.

The role requires global collaboration, strong business acumen, and the ability to translate complex HO data into actionable insights for development and commercialization

Qualifications

• Doctorate (PhD, MD) with 7+ years OR PharmD/MS degree with 7+ years of experience in creating, executing, and delivering HEOR strategies/projects
• Strong comprehension and communication skills including translating complex scientific information for business audiences
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across teams and geographies
• Demonstrated leadership experience: managing scientists and leading HEOR strategy across a portfolio

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HEOR leadership across HO disciplines (economic modeling, patient-reported outcomes, real-world evidence) for Lilly CMH portfolio
• Develop bold HO evidence strategies for priority products and geographies; guide study development and execution
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HEOR scientists and communicate technical insights to business partners
• Influence cross-functional teams and external collaborators to align HEOR priorities with enterprise goals
• Plan and drive dissemination of HEOR results to internal stakeholders and the scientific community
• Ensure HO projects meet timelines, budget, and scope across development and commercialization stages
