Qualifications

• Doctorate or terminal degree with HO strategy experience.
• Proven ability to lead HEOR projects across development to commercialization.
• Strong publication record in HEOR, EBM, or related fields.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead HO research strategy across CMH portfolio.
• Oversee real-world evidence and PFO development.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external collaborators.
• Mentor junior scientists and communicate complex HO findings clearly.
