Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) Scientist to provide strategic insight into health outcomes evidence needs across Lilly’s portfolio, including real world evidence, patient-reported outcomes, and economic value strategies.

The role requires research project ownership and collaboration with cross-functional teams to accelerate patient access and inform decisions in oncology and beyond.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years hands-on experience with Real World Data including statistical language and software (R, SAS, Python)
• Ability to translate research questions into program specifications
• Experience in health economics or outcomes research is a plus

Responsibilities

• Drives HEOR strategy from early clinical development through commercialization
• Develops HO research strategy for portfolio in oncology and other therapeutic areas
• Leads HEOR planning and execution with cross-functional teams
• Communicates HO concepts with business acumen to drive evidence generation and dissemination
