Qualifications

• Doctorate (PhD or MD) with 3-5 years of delivering outcomes strategies/projects.
• PharmD/MS degree with 3-5 years of experience in HEOR/RWE strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Drives HEOR strategy across development to commercialization teams in Lilly portfolio.
• Leads HO evidence planning and implementation with cross-functional partners.
• Communicates technical expertise with business acumen to non-technical stakeholders.
• Guides dissemination of HO research findings to internal and external audiences.
• Monitors disease state knowledge and market trends to plan HEOR capacity and strategy.
• Manages HEOR projects to meet timelines, budget, and scope.
