• Drives HO strategy across Lilly CMH portfolio and geographies.
• Leads and mentors HEOR scientists and cross-functional partners.
• Provides strategic HEOR direction for product value propositions and evidence generation.
• Communicates HO results to internal teams and external stakeholders.
