Job summary

CyberSheath Services International LLC is seeking a Helpdesk Technician Level II for a 2nd shift operating on Hawaiian Standard Time. The role is remote within the United States, supporting MSP clients with end-user hardware, software, and cloud services.

You will work on Windows, Mac, and Linux environments and collaborate to maintain security tooling and documentation. The ideal candidate has MSP experience, strong customer service, and expertise with Office 365/Azure, AD/GP, and remote IT

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an MSP environment
• 5+ years in IT Helpdesk with remote support
• Experience with ConnectWise Manage
• Experience with RMM tools (e.g., Automate, Labtech)
• Strong customer service and communication
• Windows desktop & server, Office 365/Azure
• Active Directory / Group Policy
• Networking: TCP/IP, VPN

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional remote end-user support
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and cloud services
• Support Windows, Mac, Linux desktops and servers
• Manage on-premise and cloud backups and disaster recovery
• Maintain documentation and time entries in the ticketing system
• Escalate to Level I Helpdesk staff when needed
• Coordinate with vendors to remediate issues as needed
