We are seeking Level 1 Desktop Support/Technical Support representatives for a 3-4 month contract (July - October). This is a fully remote position with equipment provided.
The Technical Support Representative is part of the Family Tech Support Contact Center, handling high volumes of inquiries related to company products or services, including troubleshooting, remote access, login issues, website navigation, and platform support. They will respond to inbound calls, LiveChat, and emails from families, students, and occasionally teachers.
This is a fully remote position.
