We are currently seeking a 100% remote (work from home—WFH) contract Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide payment assistance solutions such as co-pay cards or vouchers. Your primary responsibilities include handling requests like card activation, program eligibility, explaining program benefits, and troubleshooting submission rejections.

Role Purpose:
  • Be the primary call center contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals utilizing an Opus Health program. Handle requests such as card activation, program eligibility, explanation of benefits, and troubleshooting rejections.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other contact methods.
  • Assess user issues quickly and provide first-level support for resolution.
  • Document resolution details and escalate unresolved issues promptly.
  • Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements to management.
  • Work 40 hours per week, with shifts available from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm EST, under moderate supervision.
Minimum Education & Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Pharmacy Technician experience required.
  • HIPAA certification required.
  • Call center experience (3+ years preferred).
  • Experience in medical claim processing is a plus.
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

The pay rate for this role is $18.00 per hour.
