WORK HOURS: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM EST
PAY: $17/hour
The Technical Support Representative is part of the Family Tech Support Contact Center. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries about the company's products or services, handling complaints, providing remote access support, assisting with logins, website issues, and platform navigation. The role involves taking inbound calls, LiveChat, and emails from families, students, and occasionally teachers.
