Job summary

Nuvitek is seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist to support 24x7 operations for a US Government customer in a remote role. You'll assist with desktop applications, databases, user accounts, and software maintenance, working closely with developers and engineers in an Agile environment.

The role requires a US citizen, ability to pass background check for Public Trust, a Bachelor's in IT and 4+ years of experience, strong communication, analytical and organizational skills, and a weekday EST

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT and 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience supporting users of Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

• Support the operation of a Help Desk (24x7) for a US Government customer.
• Provide technical support for desktop applications, web apps, and databases.
• Assist with user account administration and problem resolution via phone/remote.
• Communicate clearly and document issues; escalate as needed.
• Work remotely from an isolated environment with EST weekdays.
