Job summary

Rosegate in Charlotte, NC is seeking a results-driven Mortgage Loan Officer to originate HELOCs, refinances, and related products for an existing servicing portfolio in an in-office call-center environment.

You will handle inbound inquiries, conduct proactive outreach, collaborate with underwriting and processing, and strive to meet production targets while delivering consultative service.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license is required.
• 2+ years of mortgage origination experience with HELOCs or refinances.
• Solid knowledge of mortgage products, compliance, and servicing portfolio dynamics.
• Proficiency with LOS, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in-office in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Originate HELOCs, home equity loans, cash-out refinances, and related products.
• Handle inbound inquiries and proactive outbound calls using triggers and portals.
• Meet or exceed individual production targets for applications, locks, and closings.
• Build rapport and provide consultative service to convert warm leads.
• Maintain pipeline accuracy and comply with documentation standards.
• Collaborate with underwriting, processing, servicing, and compliance teams.
