Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent education/experience required.
• 1–3 years in healthcare with at least 1 year improving provider quality through engagement or transformation.
• Knowledge of quality metrics and risk adjustment across business lines.
• Demonstrates data analytics skills.
• Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, Visio; strong communication and leadership.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Support and project manage ongoing audit activities and provider engagement.
• Call providers to request medical records; visit offices to collect records.
• Scan and submit records; track and report collection progress against targets.
• Coordinate with health plan teams and travel as needed; ensure compliance with policies.
