Job summary

SCAN Health Insurance is seeking a HEDIS Nurse to review medical records and support Quality Initiatives reporting remotely in the United States. You will conduct outreach to members and providers to gather necessary data and ensure complete medical records for NCQA reporting.

The role emphasizes medication adherence, coordination with cross-functional teams, and documentation of all member interactions to meet project timelines. RN or LVN licensure and 2–3 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• RN or LVN licensure required or in progress.
• 2-3 years of related experience.
• 0-1 years of leadership experience.
• Knowledge of field policies, procedures and practices.

Responsibilities

• HEDIS Nurse reviews medical records for NCQA/Quality Initiatives reporting.
• Abstracts data from medical records and documents interactions with members.
• Coordinate with interdepartmental teams and outreach campaigns.
• Pursue missing data to complete records; maintain project timelines.
• Coordinate with HEDIS staff on updating medical records for reporting.

Education

Associate's Degree or equivalent experience or Technical Degree

Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
