Formación

Responsabilidades

• Abstract clinical data from medical records per NCQA guidelines.
• Contact members and providers to collect missing data for projects.
• Document interactions in designated database as directed.
• Coordinate with HEDIS staff to update and track medical records.
• Support interdepartmental projects across departments as needed.
