You will own Healthie configuration, translate complex workflows into precise system setups, and craft clear, testable user stories to drive platform optimization. The role emphasizes agile storytelling, backlog management, and collaboration with QA and product owners for UAT and acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years as BA/Systems Analyst/Configuration Manager.
• 2+ years in digital health/telehealth environments.
• 2+ years administering Healthie EMR.
• 3+ years writing user stories, epics, acceptance criteria in Jira/Asana.
• Strong stakeholder engagement to align clinical needs.
• Solid HIPAA privacy and security knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Healthie EMR configuration & administration.
• Set up multi-provider scheduling rules and appointment types.
• Configure role-based permissions and security profiles.
• Manage notifications, billing parameters and third-party integrations.
• Conduct discovery sessions to map As-Is and To-Be workflows.
• Write granular epics and user stories for configuration.
• Collaborate with QA to define 'definition of done' and support UAT.
