Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Information Systems or related discipline.
• Minimum of two years' experience delivering training curricula for adult learners.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and video platforms for training.
• Ability to deliver effective training and manage projects.
• Ability to research, collaborate with SMEs and interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Lead training for external clients on multiple product offerings.
• Facilitate virtual instructor-led training.
• Assist in creating new products or offerings that generate training revenue.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure accuracy and relevance of course materials.
