Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Specialist in remote Care Communications to provide remote technical support for healthcare customers using Baxter technology solutions.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and server issues, document findings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep systems available. The role requires an Associate degree in IT or equivalent and 1+ years of remote support experience.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of remote support experience in a technical environment.
• Experience with networking, servers, OS, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and RDP.
• Experience maintaining IT equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and printers.
• Familiarity with VPNs, wireless networks, routing, switching, and security.

Aufgaben

• Provide remote technical troubleshooting and issue resolution for Care Communications customers.
• Diagnose and support networking, servers, OS, and application-related issues.
• Document findings, steps, and resolutions per quality requirements.
• Manage support requests via phone, email, portals and other channels.
• Escalate complex issues to engineering or other teams when needed.
• Process service requests including parts, case creation, and system support activities.
• Participate in rotating weekday/weekend schedules to support 24/7 operations.
• Identify recurring problems and contribute to process and product improvements.
