Job summary

Baxter International Inc. in the United States is seeking a Connected Solutions Technician to ensure critical medical devices and connected care platforms operate reliably in hospital and service-center environments.

You will support and train field service technicians, work across hospital environments, and help manage deployments while contributing to a culture of collaboration and patient-focused care.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years hands-on servicing medical devices.
• Experience diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and networked systems.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and connected device environments.
• Experience with PoE switches, servers, and related systems.
• Valid driver's license and DOT compliance ability.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of medical equipment.
• Diagnose network-connected devices and server issues.
• Maintain and configure computer and network equipment post-installation.
• Plan preventive maintenance and service schedules.
• Perform in-field repairs on mechanical and electrical components.
• Follow OEM service documentation for root cause analysis.
• Support product installations and system configurations.
• Participate in on-call service as scheduled.
